Successfully got it working, to anyone who can't figure out why the oculus isn't allowing you to allow debugging, you need a data capable cord, or it could be the cord needs switched around, I had everything working but couldn't get that prompt

Just a heads up but you can put the resolution up to 2048× on the quest if you put the CPU and GPU to level 4. Looks alot cleaner and no lag.

Make sure developer mode is enabled, and press allow in the headset twice. The second one is for debugging.
