I tried this Biryani today as it is said in the video with same measurements , process and tips. It turned to be super tasty. I cooked biryani for many times. But today I tried this recipe, it came out well. I noticed that texture is exactly like restaurant one's. Chicken peace is crispy from outside and juicy inside ( it's relieving that we don't need to worry whether the piece cooks well or not). I may have to improvise in the masala area.
