What a recipe Sir/Madam... Never tasted such a biryani in my life.... Wow!! This was the first time i had Fish Biryani.... Felt so nice... Texture of rice was so smooth and the flavour were so nice .... I could feel them even after 1 hour I was done ... My God... You are a great cook sir/madam. My Wife loved it too....

Great work..... I like the way you used hyderabadhi dum biryani technique for fish. I don't know whether you've gone through the nizams books where you can find all the Deccani (Hyderabadhi) cuisine details but the biryani recipes u've made are absolutely stunning and are perfectly text book recipes. Thank you so much for your compliments.....i have never gone through any books for reference... i have learned cooking chicken Biryani from my MIL.... my first few attempts were failure... later i gradually achieved the art of cooking biryani..... i have prepared pot biryani and mixed non-veg biryani on my own....please do watch that videos too.... :-)

I've already watched that videos that is why I mentioned Biryani recipes in the first comment. Great work though. Do read the history of recipes and how they evolved so that you can improve the quality of that dish. By the way, I am a professional chef so don't mind taking the suggestions.

Hi Raju! Thank you... you can use River salmon or Basa fillets for this preparation....they are available at Metro,Best Price or Bigbasket..... Yes Raju even i like that music .... but some people asked me to change it.....will keep old music for next uploads.... :-)

I have to try it since looks delicious. Please give details about what whole spices to add to boiling water. Also I thought dum meant charcoal smoke but I don't see that step

Whole spices ---- cinnamon,cloves cardamom,bay leaf,shahi jeera,mace ,star anise....etc.add them to boiling water.charcoal is used when cooking in heavy quantities.like in hotels and ceremonies.they use very big vessels,so they put charcoal on the lid so the rice gets cooked evenly.dum doesn't mean cooking on charcoal. It means cooking sealed with the dough.so the vapours could not escape from the vessel also the meat and rice absorbs the aroma of the spices and the meat becomes very tender....and tasty... 😊

I suggest you to first try with a small quantity( 1/2 kg) .if it comes out good then you can try with large quantity.because this recipe needs a little experience.if you already had experience then you can cook with 2 kgs. and yes fish and rice both need to be in the same ratio.
