This sports quiz was special in may ways than one. And there is a lot more to this show's demise ever since the BBC decided to replace a great team of Barker, Dawson and Tufnell with McGuiness, Quek and Monye. Barker was forced to lie on the BBC's behalf to conceal the truth to the viewers about stepping down and her, Dawson and Tufnell were each fired separately for no legitimate reasons whatsoever.

I think we need a post watershed airing of Question of Sport with all the mild swearing and back chat left in. Show the clean version for all the kids at 5:30 or 7o'clock or something and the unedited version at 10:30 or after the pubs close?.... This is too much fun . And can I suggest bringing back Ally Sue and Matt as Captains and host, or at least sports stars with this kind of charisma and comic timing.
