Check your log book and make sure you got the mission marked as active. Try few other missions and then go back to it if it's not working right. Glad you enjoyed the video have an awesome day be safe

I think it’s because your not a high enough level cuz its dragon armor that it’s dropping.

the quest is bug there is no Bjormund but by the power of open console type help Bjormund quest completed hehe

I play on PS4 and had zero issues with this quest being bugged.

for you that have problems with this open console commands and type 'help Bjormund' then write Player.Placeat me and then the numbers you see next to npc and then a 1 after that. kill him and take his stuff then the quest is done

I had to Skyrim my way up there starting at the alchemists shack but I later found an alternative way around the back of the mountain
