This is the guide I initially follow before deviating in end game. If you follow it you need to link ancestral cry to call to arms and lifetap.
Current PoB: pobb.in/2qAzlV5k2OKL - berserk and molten shell are turned on in this and flasks are off, turn off molten shell and berserk in your PoB to get a better idea of the numbers while those buffs are down. I had to turn them back on because for some reason it removes the gems when I share it if they are turned off.

Are you using berserk? it's missing on the pobb. The build looks awesome, I'll be attempting to gear towards this setup over the next few days.

Ah yeah berserk and also level 12 molten shell on cast when damage taken. I disable them in PoB because it makes the DPS and ehp way higher. The flasks are also disabled even though they are permanently up in maps pretty much. I have edited the PoB to include those now.

Ah yeah Phys to chaos, cannot leech, -max res, player has less accuracy.

Whats your thought on vaal pact with this build?

I get so much heal with the poison that all it feels like Vaal pact does is turn off my life regen when I'm not fighting.
