Bro I think I finally figured what was killing me hahaha BLEED REFLECT, I don't have bleed immune as soon as I changed to endless hunger I didn't die anymore hahahaha whata noob. Need bleed immune on gear so I can switch back eventually. I tried posting pob on my last comment but wasn't updating on KZbin comments.

You could but it puts a lot of pressure on your resists, Personally I'd use a styfian vise with the hunter life% prefix and flat life, you can find these items in my PoB in the videos before I ancient orb the mageblood.

Can do all, fortress is easiest though due to the boss not having phases and doing no damage to this build. Hit me up in game and we can run one together.

Dont do the ones that arent self explanatory as those are the map wide mods that mostly all suck. Apart from that I avoid all damage mods pretty much. The rest are fine to run and you can mostly ignore. If youre worried about it you can make everything rats and frogs and put max shrines ion the tree and do the imbued shrine scarab + extra shrines scarabs and collect them all before running into the boss.
