The genius of this guys performances is his ability to dance like a maniac and never touch, disturb or interact with the other performers!!! It is like that in every video! His mastery of controlled movement in personal space is phenomenal!! If I attempted those moves, every performer up there would be hospitalized and everyone in the front two rows would have some form of injury or close call!

I watched the video to see if he missed any lip sync, but he knows the timing so well, he keeps moving far away from the microphone and is back right on time, he's in total control. He's really good! I wonder if people knew back then that he wasn't singing at all. When I was a kid, I was fooled, and I was impressed by his charisma. I really thought it was his voice, it fit. But I was a kid. whats even more amazing is that although there was heavy anti western pop culture censorship in Poland back in the day, Boney M was well accepted and welcomed in Peoples Republic of Poland. They are very cult to this day, so much that radio stations still blast their hits. The catchy tunes, the upbeat and happy nostalgia. This is something that spans across the generational gap and ppl apraise them.

This song is fascinating when you really put your ear to it. The rhythm carries the melody throughout the entire song. Yet it's never repetitive or overbearing. There's a lot going on within the instrumentation as well as the vocal performances in every BONEY M section of the song. No part is exactly the same. Everything in this song just seems to totally click. Great composition and recording. It's a masterpiece of our BLACK music culture.
