My first year on the farm was 2013, when this video was made. It's all so true. The feeling of unity you get with thousands of other people you've never met and may never meet again coming together for this one beautiful experience. It's indescribable. In the eight short days I've spent on the farm over the last few years I have made new friends that will last a lifetime and had experiences that I will never forget. When you go to Bonnaroo you're not just attending a music festival and camping out for a few days. You're joining a family. You are committing to dedicating one weekend to be the best of your life. You are deciding to laugh and love and live like you have never had the opportunity to before. There is an intangible bond between every person who attends Bonnaroo and it's so, so hard to understand that feeling when you've never been. If you have never been, let 2015 be your first year. Bonnaroo will change your life in a way that you never thought it could. You will dance so poorly that it would hardly be acceptable anywhere else. You will sing so loudly that it would anger your neighbors back home. You will high five so many people that your hand will hurt the entire fest and you will love every single minute of it. Returning to Bonnaroo is more than just going back to the farm. It's going home.

I graduated high school in 2008, went to Bonnaroo 2008 to celebrate with a bunch of buds from my high school. The most memorable moment, out of a countless amount of moments getting there from Virginia, was seeing My Morning Jacket. The show was awesome, but right at the peak of a fantastic song it just started POURING rain, literally like it was an effect and was planned out it just started full on downpour rain in sync with the music!! It was a warm rain, like the kind that you don't mind hitting your whole body cause it feels amazing after getting hot in the summer heat. It was pouring rain and the music was so loud, so good, the lights and colors amazing and the entire Bonnaroo experience was cemented wholly, lovingly and true, right then and there for me. I'll never forget that moment

I went last year and had a great time with three of my friends. After it was over I told myself that I can't go next year because I need to save up for this and that and blah blah blah. I've had a hard year during my first year of film school. I've realized a lot of things about myself that I didn't know before. I've made mistakes, had very bad lows, but I've made knew friends and have learned new things and I want to fucking celebrate that. In the past couple weeks I've realized that I need to go again. I need to be in that atmosphere again. I need that escape. I'm happy to say that I've decided to go to Bonnaroo 2014. See you on the farm.

I went too Bonnaroo in 2018, a lot happened that year, i essentially lost almost everything. someone copped out of going my friend offered the ticket essentially free, it was my first festival truly and a beautiful experience like none other. I didn't go last year but I just went to Okeechobee this past weekend, during that, my brother who looked out for me in a lot of ways told me as a graduation gift he got me a Bonnaroo ticket 2020. When I saw the lineup and that tool was going to be there I literally about teared up. Festivals are a beautiful experience withe a great friendly community that you really don't see anywhere else in the world. Especially Bonnaroo!

Yes! The environment for one is something you can't be around and not experience the magic. It's in every nook and cranny of the farm. And also, you aren't working even close to the entire time and can also add artist that you really wanna see and they try to schedule you so you'll be free during that artist set.

Went to my first Roo completely by myself in 2014 and had one of the best experiences of my entire life. I have very bad social anxiety and Bonnaroo made me feel as though I could completely let go and be myself. I’ve tried different festivals since then and nothing came close to matching the magic that Roo brings! Ready to be back on the farm 2019!

My first time at Bonnaroo was at the same point in my life. 2003 with James Brown and Crazy Horse being the major acts for me that year. It's gotten so bad in recent years. The young generation of festival goers doesn't have any true sense of family or community, they only care about one-upping the kid camping next to them by having a better pin or based on how many times they've seen STS9 live.

Bonnaroo is the down and dirty version of Coachella. Music goes all night long, everyone camps right there, more laid back. Overall much more of a community.
