She's insinuating the neighbor started the fire. Think about it: she said she smelled fire beginning at 3pm, the actual fire wasn't until after 10, at which time she was home alone with her daughter and they were not at the fire source, the neighbor had called 911 before her and her daughter exited her appt, and the neighbor was downstairs, AND the neighbor went back in and back out but did not grab the cats. Someone else posted a link to the cat owner's twitter rant about this video. Apparently the woman on the stairs was the roommate of the cat owner and the cat owner was not home. The cat owner calls her a liar because the comic probably doesn't know the exact dynamics of the cat owner's household to know whether the cats belonged to the roommate or her or if they were roommates or a couple. My takeaway was that she thought it was funny she was being sued because the woman's roommate is the one she should be worried about. edit: I think the OJ joke is why people aren't picking up on this.

@@dooley8746 I just saw this and its amazing. The whole story is very much about the neighbors roomate person. That person was there, called 911(noticed fire 1st) and Left the cats inside. Her whole story makes the message about how she was slow. Maybe that person started the fire even. And then people dont like the comedy ! Its a hilarous scenario. Why isnt the neighbor blaming the roomate. For not getting the cats. Sorry for the cats lady.

@@Dinkymod I know this is old, but it's not a comedian's job to tell the truth, they tell jokes, sometimes the jokes are spun from real life scenarios, but in the end this is her job, she can't just stop doing it because someone's feelings might be hurt*, and she can't be expected to know everything that happened, she only knows what she experienced and what she inferred from the situation. *I know this is a really simple and poor way to sum up someone's life being ruined, but it was the only way I could put it in a way that was easily readable, at least at this time

RDR started development in 2005, and she is definitely not 15, so her being named Bonnie because of RDR is out of the question. This was COMPLETELY chance. That's crazy.
