There are different types of artists and she is a singer. Singing means having a good voice, knowing what you can do and cant do, and putting emotion into it and being yourself. Its a package. You have to have talent to go places.

Most artists would have to make the key lower when they perform it live. So kudos to her for leaving it the same. PLUS playing the keyboard. And it sounds like she sang this song after singing multiple other songs and that's pretty tough since she would be tired and this song is super upbeat.

In her defense this particular performance was not great but she's sang live many other times before (which can be heard on KZbin) and she can definitely sing so it might be where she's at. Listen to her sing live on Jimmy Kimmel in 09... she has a beautiful voice.

Hater? Really? I'm not "hating" on her. I just don't think she is a very good singer. I think she's very pretty and an extremely talented songwriter, but she lacks singing skills. That doesn't make me a "hater" it makes me someone with an opinion. If you're a fan of her singing that's awesome, but you don't have to accuse anyone that doesn't agree with you a "hater."
