Bonnie deserves so much more credit than what she gets. She wrote songs for Britney and Ke$ha, and wrote all of Katy's hit songs, and gets no credit. Plus her voice and musical skills are better than Britney's, Ke$ha's and Katy's combined.

PedroBuffay Co-write can mean anything. Neyo said Beyonce co-wrote Irreplaceable yet you can see he had the song finished and she recorded it making minor changes, same with Poison & many others. Watch this interview (watch?v=-nz54LmMu0A) Katy's "co writing" appears to be her giving Bonnie the idea and Bonnie writing the song, that is hardly co-writing, It also seems like Teenage Dream was written already, so Bonnie is just being polite & generous to Katy. Roar went to #1 (which Bonnie wrote) notice all of Katy's singles without Bonnie (Walking on Air, Unconditionally, Dark Horse) are not doing that well? Hmm let's think about that....

PedroBuffay Co-wrote is basically they wrote the song together. But if you look at the credits in the albums, you would see there is about 5-6 writers per song. So basically, it's Katy, Bonnie and 3-4 other people writing a song. It's not like Katy is independent and does all, or even half, of the writing.

@@PW-yv3sc Bonnie wrote the songs. She needed the money so she sold them to Katy with the understanding that she would only get credit as a co-writer. It's a common practice in the industry. I think Bonnie said that she got like 70k for teenage dream and California girls with no royalties attached at all. She eventually signed with Max Martin as one of his song writing team and actually makes good money, now. She's written a ton of hits for other people. She's what Katy pretends to be.

Why are people acting like co-wrote is a bad thing. You have no idea how much of the song she actually contributed. Either way she is credited to the songs and the people she wrote the songs with clearly adore her and respect her talent as noted by the fact they keep using her and support her solo career.
