A man, broken by reality, his sanity barely held by a thread, his business failing, his younger son and daughter killed by his own kin and creation, he just can't _take it_ anymore. this is what fnaf should have ended with. the trilogy, and what the canon was up to that point, is what i believe to be the true canon and story. fnaf was never meant to be a best seller. it was meant to be a gritty, dark, and psychologically horrific series. (fnaf 3 never really scared me whilst playing it but the lore is terrifying. actually, fnaf 3 is more infuriating than anything)
