I'm a little bit curious, though~you say that your dad used to listen to this song in his room~why in his room, and where was your mom? I'm not being nosey, honestly, as I said, just curious. This was MY personal broken heart song. I was divorced after 10 years of marriage, had 3 kids, etc. I had run into a guy who was from the same area, and HE was divorced, too! So we started dating, and I fell HARD. It was deer hunting season when we started dating, we made it through Christmas, and New Years. Then Valentine's Day came, and he chose that day to break up with me~can you believe that?! 2:00 a.m., and he does that! Then he stayed around for awhile, and kept asking me if I was going to be okay. I'm bawling my head off, and at that point in time just wanted him to leave, you know? Tell me this, though~how can you be mad at someone who cares that much about you, that they won't leave until they make certain that you're going to be okay? I will tell you something that I don't usually talk about~even though I finally moved on, and got married again, I never, EVER got over him. I was wise enough to never tell my 2nd husband that, because I know for a fact that he loved ME as much as I loved the other guy, and I saw no reason to hurt him like that. I'm sorry to make this such a long story, but it seemed important, I guess. I wish you much happiness in your life, and if you can't be deliriously happy all the time, I wish you contentment.
