Oh Bonnie your mother is just wonderful!! I got tears in my eyes when you guys talked about the mama-guilt that we all have! I know I do the best I can for my kids but sometimes you just get fed up and maybe yell at them just a little..... ;) It was so comforting to hear your mother say that the kids wont remember that part of you and I really dont think that they will, but sometimes we all get struck by mama-guilt and I think that is a sign that we are good mothers! You are such a good mama!!

Sometimes that's all us moms need to hear to perk our spirits: "IT GETS BETTER!" and i definitely need that after having a frustrating few weeks with a 4 year old, so thank you Mama Griffith! Boston's toddler talk is the cutest! I could never say my R's right when i was younger (still can't!) but somehow i don't sound as cute as him! lol :)

I adore your family. :) Your mom makes my heart smile. You and your sisters and the kids and husbands all make my life bareable. I always feel guilty about shouting at the kids, or the constant "no! don't do that"s, or the "hurry up, we're late"s. You getting emotional over your mom's advise makes me happy. I feel like that when I call my mom and say "I'm having a rough day... A 6 year old, 2 year old and newborn makes me lose my mind!" And she says "it's just for now. soon they won't be little and you'll miss it. I promise. soon it'll just be teenagers. soon it'll be you and your husband." and she's right. I don't remember JUST the being sent to bed early, or the spankings or the mean mommy looks.. I remember the good things! I have faith my kids will remember the good things and also have a few good stories to tell. Like the time mommy had a melt down in the mall and sat on the floor crying because daddy ordered a pizza (but really it was the end of a horrible horrible week only 2 weeks after having a 3rd baby!). lmao! What's that song? it won't be like this for long. When I am stressing out, I put that on and take it to heart. ;)

I needed to hear that talk you had with your mom about does it get better and what our children will remember! It brought tears to my eyes. Your mom made such a great point by asking you if all you remember growing up are the times when she lost her patience. And that's not the case. ❤️ Thank you!

Thanks for sharing Bonnie. I truly see these vlogs as a reminder to capture more of my own family of six on video. They are my window and passport later on to look back and cherish. Yes childbearing and raising children are tough years but they are so precious where so many milestones are achieved.

Bonnie thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you. For being honest and for being real. So many people hide their hard times and frustrations with parenting and make it seem so easy, and I'm always left feeling guilty and mean and incapable because I breakdown and yell and get overwhelmed and frustrated. It's so .... liberating to know that I'm not the only person who ends up yelling most days. So thank you.
