I've never left a comment despite watching KZbin for over a year. I wanted to tell you that I needed this. I needed to see the realness of your marriage. I understand that most people want the happy/fun footage but there's something raw about watching someone deal with hard things. It's attractive in its own way and today I needed to see that. So thank you.

Bonnie! I think I speak for all of us watching when I say we deeply appreciate you showing us real life situations like this and being so raw. I think a lot of failing relationships today happen because of false perceptions of reality. People see these perfect and peachy relationships in movies and tv and think that's the way things should be, and its not. Marriage isn't beautiful all of the time, and though it's amazing, it's a lot of work, sacrifice, love, and compromise. Fights happen, tears happen, highs and lows happen, tough times happen, but such is life. I love that you showed us this and didn't sugar coat things. This is the reality that we all shouldn't be afraid to show and talk about.

Hang in there. Fights happen. Esp with the ones you love the most. It does get better. You guys are just under a lot of stress with 4 little ones and remodeling. Joel working 40+ hours a week and you working 24/7. Sounds like you guys could use a couples weekend or at least a night of just the two of you to re connect. I have been with my husband since I was 15 he was 17. My husband turned 47 yesterday. We have bee married 25 years. Most of the time we don't fight. But there are days were we have stupid fights too. Besides, a pizza peace offering is pretty dang good! haha

My mom always told me the man you're supposed to be with will drive you mad. ;) My husband and I are at each other's throats so much some days, but those are the times when the passion is just insane. Like, the more he argues and bitches at me, the more I want to hit him and grab his face and kiss him at the same time. LOL!! These vlogs are why we all love you. You and your spouse fight, you cry, the kids scream and holler and make a mess... Everything that happens in almost every other household. And you put it out there for us to see and know we aren't the only ones! ;) Ps- your husband is adorable. Men-- They don't want to verbally say they're sorry... But they'll buy your favorite dinner as an I'm sorry gesture. ;) lmao

Even before this video I used to notice that you give who you are and no pretense & that's what's always been cool to me. I have come across so many channels that people try so hard to be perfect couples and all peachy and dandy. But that's not part of real life and to be honest that get boring and old. I am happy to see genuine Love, genuine disagreements and genuine resolve and in our marriages that's just how things go especially if you have a lot of moving parts like you and joe. You have a lot going on, New born, others kids, Home Maintenance, your relationship and to top it all adding KZbin to it.I mean who wouldn't be under pressure or have anxiety. You two are the best! Fighting is healthy, it just means that you are both invested and working towards the same goals. Maybe with different opinions, but what fun would it be if you didn't have those moments. I can clearly remember bickering with my hubby one night and I was beyond frustration... i blurted out "you toad"! The second those words fell out of my mouth the two of us were hysterical with laughter. Now it's a common phrase when one of us is being fresh. So sweet Joel grabbed dinner, clearly he didn't want to fight anymore and was concerned with your overall well being!

Oh Bonnie. I so get you on all the house work and the stress it puts on you both. We just bought a house and are doing so much remodel. We redid the floors, are redoing baseboards, new quarter round, removing wallpaper, and tiling. Plus more. It's so stressful and puts a strain on us. We fight more because of everything we're doing, plus our jobs on top of it. And that's with only one baby, and you have four kids. So many props to you. Your willingness to be open about arguing is endearing and so refreshing. No one has the "perfect" marriage, but your advice is so well put and truthful.

Best video ever. And I laughed when you said "say sorry whether it's your fault or not" because my spouse and I are currently going through a two day bad spell and I did the ugly cry last night. But it's date night tonight so it should make things better. After being with someone for so long and loving them so much, you realise that sometimes we just need these bad moments to just make better ones. Love you Bonnie. Thank you for being so real and showing everyone that we all go through the same things. Have a blessed day

Bonnie, don't apologize. I actually loved this vlog. I especially enjoy seeing remodelling footage, I love design so I probably couldn't get enough :) And then there's you and Joel, keeping it real. Honestly, that's what makes me click on your video first when I sit down to my computer and see all of the new uploads. I pick yours!!! Because I love how honest and genuine you are, your kids are adorable, and it's just normal day stuff; Not loud and obnoxious behaviour to purposefully entertain, or lavishing trips after successful KZbin channels. Just great content we can all relate to. I hope you enjoyed your dinner. Joel's a good man, what a thoughtful thing to do, as hard as it was at the time. We all have those days, thanks for sharing yours so that we can feel we aren't alone. Looking forward to more reno footage :) Hugs!

Wow! I can totally relate to you. The end of this video had me in tears. My husband and I just had a baby boy 2 months ago and been fighting a lot. Having a newborn is stressful and lack of sleep doesn't help! Totally going to go apologize to him when I get home from work (night shift). I LOVE you guys. Thank you for being real

I love love love love how honest you are!! Its is so real to see other people have the same problems as any one else! None of the other youtubers show the "negative" sides of life even if we all know they are there! Sending you huge hugs from sweden!!

I give you props for showing this raw side of your relationship. I think some vloggers don't. They try to portray this perfect life! Thanks for being real Bonnie and Joel

Way to keep it real! I loved everything about this. Sometimes you just have to scratch your mad spot and move on! True love is forgiving all our imperfections, and all I see in this video is true love!
