as context; "brot brot brot yu pingsan" is from a children's joke. it starts by asking people to translate "aku bisa gigi roti roti roti, kamu merah-muda matahari" into english by literal sense, which becomes "i can tooth bread bread bread, you pink sun." in indonesia it sounds like "i kentut you brot brot brot, you pingsan" which means i'll fart on you (farting noises), you pass out.
