Noel's still the same guy he always was imo, obviously with a vastly different lifestyle. He still talks like a passionate music fan, more so than Liam, and he's always had the same dry wit. He enjoys his life and wealth but I say good on him, he moved away from Manchester as soon as he could, before he'd made any money, obviously he wanted a new life, which comes across in a lot of his early lyrics. He's pretty much achieved the life he dreamed of when he was living in Burnage on the dole, and he clearly enjoys it. At least he's not moaning about it.

People also seem to be slagging Noel off in the comments for changing...ofc he's changed, he's in his 50s, and enjoys the finer things. and the reason he's different to Liam is he's worth about 70 million to Liam's 5 million. It's easier for LG to be more down to earth when he's only a few bad albums off being broke again. And Noel is smarter/wittier. I like Liam too, and in a way admire that he hasn't changed, but in a way it's weird he's kind of the same person he was in his 20s. Noel has matured.

Ugh, it seems like it, right? Which is one thing I don't like from Noel, how much he admires Bono. A completely biased opinion but ever since the first time I knew about U2 and heard about Bono's involvement with politicians and sociopolitical issues (which was in the mid 90s), I didn't think he was a kind, generous person using his celebrity for the good of man. Quite the contrary. I felt something was off with him despite his good actions. And time has done nothing but prove my suspicions right.
