Japanese culture is amazing ,,and so respectful of things that should be respected. I admire those that are lucky enough to live their lives in such a manner and place..

Being self taught is nice. Then you develop your own style of bonsai. Another great video.

Are there any places to study pictures of mr kagomiyas bonsai? Still pictures would be super helpful to see the detail of branch placement and so on. And also they’re so beautiful 😍

これが太みが出てくれば、凄い良いミニ盆栽になりますね。ミニ盆栽は水の管理が大変なんですよねー。

Thanks for the video, hard to find chinese juniper here, what is here is expensive, will have to grow my own, now I know I don't have to grow them as long.
@blueridgebonsai9155 Жыл бұрын
You can buy a chinese juniper bush at a landscape nursery and air layer new plants from it. Air layers are much faster than cuttings and more reliable, plus you get larger diameter stems than you can root with cuttings. I have had them root in just a couple of months.

@@blueridgebonsai9155 Thanks for the info, I just need to find a nursery that carries them, lots of junipers but not the same foliage

Shimpaku are great for this, the small twist at this stage means nice shari and thick trunk later. I do this to most cuttings.
