In the previous lecture in the Suzuki Masterclass, we discussed the Japanese aesthetics and design process of Shinji Suzuki. In this video on KZbin, we move outside and tour the garden - it is a free preview from the online course.
In this first part, we investigate the entrance area, and the outdoor Bonsai displays. Every decision made in the design is derived from Japanese aesthetics, and it is fascinating to hear mr. Suzuki talk about the deeper meanings of garden elements and displays.
