Looking at the route numbers on the buses, this must be prior to 30 April 2001 when the Metro Coastlines network was launched and most routes renumbered.

There's an advert for the grinch movie at 6:43 and that was out in November 2000 so must be sometime around then, did anyone notice the Delta at 7:20 with no headlights and destination light?

this is not 2003 at all, at least before 2001. there are many bus routes there that ended in 2001

First tram out used to be 05:44 to Fleetwood in the Winter, and 05:30ish in the Summer.
