Route 66 begins in Chicago! Ends at Santa Monica Pier in California. My daughter and son-in-law followed it from beginning to end. They made one side trip to visit with the author of the book they used as a guide. They loved it!

From another state fabric session….Oregon Grape is a plant that looks much like a blueberry that grows in the Pacific Northwest. I believe this is what was on that fabric you got. Also, Oregon does have a wine growing region.

I saved a pic of that quilt as I absolutely loved it. I am seeing a blank spot at the bottom of the critter quilt, above the sheep, maybe one of your koala squares from that artist squares u just showed may be cool to sneak in there?
