You should do a review on Crusader's heaven. It got a fun PVP system and uses an ult bar for every ultimate move such as TS, BD, BTD, RTZ, Etc (no the ts does not do over 1k dmg to the player) And it also flexes on other jojo games with their BD animations. You should try it and see if you like it.

Here's a fact about TWAU smoke grenade. If the opponent has D4C/TWAU and they shot your smoke grenade, it counts as exploding even if it was from a different person and also it can dmg you when it explodes
