@alexmorales1419 The Star Spangled Banner was written by a slave owner in 1814, making it white supremacist, anti Native American, and anti black. I am American, but this country needs to abolish or create a new National Anthem that truly represents every race of our communities.

lukebeaman1748 This hypocritical nation of parasites and worms needs to start truly reflecting on her own promise to unite all people of every race instead of reliving the White Supremacist history of slavery. Read the beginning of the Declaration of Independence where it says, “All Men Are Created Equal.” The Star Spangled Banner came out in 1814, and it happened to be written by lawyer and slave owner, Francis Scott Key. Songs matter and a change would show willing to move towards a new era without bias.
