i would love to see a FP horror game with ultragore death animations, like watching in first person as your throat gets torn out and tendons snaping and shit. One of the animations if there are traps in the game should be you getting cut in half vertically and then the left side of your camera falls to the left and right side to the right, along with the two halves of your body. maybe a couple silly deaths too, somehow.
