Book 45: Review of "The Night Watchman" by Louise Erdrich.

Pulitzer Prize winner for Fiction in 2021, this latest novel by Louise Erdrich takes place within a Native American tribe in North Dakota, threatened with termination from the federal government. This is inspired by the true story of the author's grandfather in the 1950s. In this review, I cross-reference this with other works on the history of Native Americans for those who are interested in this subject matter.
