There's so much to love about everything Jenny writes, but I think she has a particular knack for characterization. Conrad, Belly, Jeremiah, Laurel, Cam, Susannah, truly everyone in this fictional world seems like someone who could really exist, and I'm so excited to watch the actors bring them to life on the screen. Another thing I really loved was Belly's nostalgia and general appreciation for older pop culture, so I'm really hoping that remains a part of the show haha.

I'm so very excited to go finally watch it! I adore these books! The characters and beach setting are amazing. I'm a beach and summer lover so it has a special place in my heart, also since it has 1 of the few love triangles that I loved/felt conflicted over. I loved both brothers but Conrad always had my heart. I can tell Lola is perfect as Belly and I can't wait to see everyone on screen!

Ok, so I am excited to finally see the best trilogy I have ever read as a teenager turns into a show! Just the idea that I’ll be able to see my belly and her interesting journey, in reality, is amazing! Finally I’ll be able to see the best scenes that I imagined, scenes where I cried, laughed and even fell in love💗. The summer I turned pretty is the reason I started reading romance books and I am always grateful to have read it as my first romance series, anyway, it holds a very special place in my heart because I was in the same situation as belly’s, it's hard to be in love with two people at the same time but it's not impossible, I related to Belly, Conrad and Jeremiah throughout the three books which made me cry a lot and feel depressed after the third book ended because I couldn't say goodbye however I was happy belly ended with Connie as I always knew he was her true infinite love, wish if I ended up with my Conrad but this is life, and we still have a chance maybe in the future he’ll be the Conrad to my belly and we’ll have our infinite happy ending fairytale.
