I have read this book and watched many reviews of it. Your analysis and commentary are far superior to anything else I've come across.

Thank you! It's been a bit since I released this, but I'm happy people such as yourself are still finding it.

I finished the book and briefly had a crazy idea in my head of going on an expedition to find the car Chris Knight abandoned in the woods in 1986. There's a good chance its still out there. At least it was when he was arrested in 2013. A car found in the woods arouses suspicion and the police would have run the plates and called his family. If not out of concern for foul play at least to serve him with a citation for illegal dumping. There would have been a record. But when he was arrested there was no record of anything and his family hadn't heard a peep. There just isn't enough to go on for location though. A needle in a haystack.

I'm 34 and live alone without any friends. So I feel like living alone in the woods, except that I live in an apartment. I don't mind people and I don't mind being alone. The biggest problem with being alone is not the lack of company of people, but finding a project that will help to make the time go faster. But going days and weeks without seeing people has never been a problem for me. Great review and discussion part. :)

Thank you! You have to be good at keeping yourself occupied, for sure. It's when you can't find anything to do and there's no one around that it can get boring.

Exactly. That is the main struggle to keep myself occupied with something. That means more to me than being with people all the time. I like people and have had friends before but when you get older it is harder to make friends and keep friends. But at the same time I kind of don't miss having friends. But I do have my books, nintendo and coloring. Just wish I had even more hobbies to fill in the time. But living in solitude also makes you learn a lot of being independent and I kind of like that.

So refreshing to find a booktuber who doesn’t post only Harry Potter/young adult reviews 😩

What kind of books do you usually enjoy reading? Is there a genre you like? There's a lot of books to choose from out there so I want to try and recommend something you might like.

i might like reading inspirational and adventurous autobiography or novels...is there any absorbing novel to suggest me?
@getbookish7 жыл бұрын
It's not a autobiography, but I mention Into the Wild in this video and it's very adventurous and (kind of) inspirational in its own way. The Martian by Andy Weir is a humorous, fictional, adventure story. Ready Player One by Ernest Cline is a fun adventure story too that takes place in the not so distant future.
