Many nice pickups there. I have a couple of those novelisations already but have had Dark City in my sights for years. Out of my price range but remain hopeful of finding an affordable copy. Thanks for the video 👍

Your situation oddly reminds me of that Twilight Zone episode with the guy looking forward to spending the rest of his life reading books after a post-apocalyptic disaster only to find that his glasses are broken and he can’t read the books.

I love that episode. Great series! Burgess Meredith’s character was sympathetic to me, though he didn’t seem too put off by the death of every other person. He was a bit of a heel, too.

Power is back on now. With the generator, we just don’t use the stove, ac, dryer or water heater. The grill on the porch works well, but cold showers aren’t as fun. 😁
