I've been on roaccutane twice - once on NHS and once privately in my late twenties. It didn't make my skin worse - but I did have very dry lips and mouth. Keep an eye on your moods as it can cause depression. I still have problems with my skin and have found that Dermalogica has had an amazing effect in improving it. Good luck.

I did 3 months on Roaccutane ( 15 years ago) . Its uncomfortable- aches, dry skin especially lips. Stick it out it is worth it ,never had a blemish of any kind since.
