So excited megan!!!! I can't wait to read it!! I kinda wish you had a different name. Or a bit more moderation on the fb page. There are so many people who clearly don't understand the program and see fasting and off they go. Some days it's like a complete competition but unfortunately until I can afford the paid it's the only resource I have for the community. But otherwise I'm happy I found all of you! I read Nadia's book, gonna read yours now just need a book from Terri ahahah

Megan pronounces "women" the same way as "woman" and that makes it take me a little longer to process the meaning of her sentences. The other person is pronouncing it correctly. The plural word "women" has the unique feature of an "o" that is pronounced like the "i" in "bit" rather than the "oo" in "book," which is very strange for an "o" but that's how it is traditionally pronounced in American English. I have recently noticed a shift though with some people pronouncing the plural and singular "women" and "woman" the exact same way, which would be more consistent with the spelling, but for now especially when just listening, it makes it harder to follow the grammar of the sentence. I do wonder where this shift is coming from though. Fascinating.
