my book of shadows has now reached 3 volumes of notebooks. I have been cutting tabs into the note book pages and sectioning them off - herbs, crystals, general info... but I feel I now have to transfer my info into another note books now as things are all over the place. I don't like binders of any type and I don't mind actually re-drawing or re doing my pages again. I relearn and revise while doing so.

I've been writing and rewriting since I was in my teens, and I used to not mind but I am too much of a perfectionist to keep doing it, because I like to rearrange things too much, haha. :) This is just what works best for me right now. I also have a book I made that's my "real" permanent BOS that I hadn't shown because it is currently packed away. But it's pretty and water color and I can't wait until we move so I can work more in that one.

My book of shadows are now 4 notebooks - one for crystals, one for herbs, one for runes and one for all others. I like your binders so much!

My Grimoire and BOS and magical journal, crystal journal, astrology journal and tarot journal and rune journal all are Happy Planner and Happy Notes books. Love the customizable feature and so many lent themselves to those themes. Love to see someone else using HP items for pagan uses.

Just found your channel today and great video. I like how you use The Happy Planner. I've seen The Happy Planner used for a variety of ways, but this is a great idea. I've been slowly studying witchcraft and tarot over the last few years and have started a BOS which is just a a4 size notebook I had in my notebook stash (notebook hoarder here) and also another notebook for tarot and one for astrology. Looking forward to more of your videos

I too have struggled with my book of shadows. I think I've finally settled on an A5 size. I bought A5 printer paper so I can just print them and hole punch them. No trimming the pages down. But I think if I were to change it up again, which no thanks to your video I'm now rethinking my BoS again...haha, I'd probably use a big happy planner as well. Then I could just print on regular letter size paper. One of these days I'll do a flip of mine on my channel.

To be honest, that was my main reason for going for the big happy planner was because it is normal printer paper size lol. Though after fiddling around, I can't remember if I said this in the video or not, I prefer a thicker page like card stock for this because of how much I move things around. The only thing I really hate is that the covers are so limited. One day I want to make my own.
