I'm sorry to say this but that is the worst diy for bookbinding i've seen so far... I didn't get how you got that pattern with the crosses and i don't get ehy it's called link stitch, isn't that a cross stitch?

Could you please explain the running stitch and where you insert it? It's a good video just very fast
