I think stoic concept of time is the best among all. But cannot fully agree with the control on desires, I think when we try to suppress our desires then become a part of our subconscious mind and then they drive our every thought and action. Thanks Shah Rukh bhai, I truly appreciate what you do.

Stoic emotion ko ghatnao ke parti natural responses ke roop me dekhte hai na ki objective truth natural response ka matalab h aisi pratikriya Jo hum natural ya sobhavik roop se karte h for example yadi koi apko dant de to apko gussa aata h ye sobhavik h this is an Emotions aur emotions subjective hota h and dusri traf h objective truth ka ye matlab h jo reality me scientifically sach h jaise earth per gravity ka hona ye bat sach h hum ek jivik prani h ye bat sach h scientific. and gussa mahsoos karne ka matlab ye nahi h ki kisine hamare sath anyay kiya h dar mahsoos karne ka matlab ye nahi h ki hum khatre me hai apne emotions ke subjective truth ko pahchan kr usme bahjane ke bajay hum apne Gyan aur shamta ke adhar par jawab de sakte hain.🙏
