I was front of the line to meet Jericho at a convention and Booker walked past heading backstage. Famous people will usually look straight ahead to avoid interactions so they don't get caught up by every single fan they pass. For some reason Booker looked at me and I nodded. He nodded back. It was the tiniest moment between two people but I really respected he didn't just cruise past, and it means a lot he chose to acknowledge me when he could have pretended not to see.

Tony Khan out there puttin some RESPECT on his name! 👏👏 even though he defends AEW all the time from critics almost to a fault, I think we all know that Tony Khan would treat Booker T like royalty in AEW, whether he was in the ring showing everyone that Sting is not the only one who's still got it or if he was backstage helping Tony Khan improve the quality of the shows via his own experience. The talent especially would benefit from it. Hearing all that admiration and respect for Booker T from Tony Khan, a businessmen who's also a super fan of pro wrestling and a student of the game, is a great time for fans like me! 😎👍

It would be cool to see him on AEW, even as a 1 off Dynamite, as a representative for some handpicked talent by Booker against AEW talent & have him do a little commentary & introduce his wrestlers & explain why he chose the wrestlers, he did, to face the spefic AEW star, just let Booker be Booker & let him run the show a bit for the night.

Love having you on this format because now we can see you OFTEN!! Street smarts and talent are great, but WISDOM comes from experience as well as the mind and body being in unison. That part is crucial, because that is the only way experience can be conveyed as genuine and sincere. BOOKER, you are one WISE GENTLEMAN!! You keep sharing and we’ll keep learning. How come you’ve never had any constructive criticism towards WWE? A promotion that hasn’t been any good for decades, with an owner that spit on the fans, made us feel embarrassed to be that, banned terms like wrestling and wrestler. And let’s face facts, only made money recently because of selling his library to Peacock for $8,000,000, 000.00, and the Saudi Arabia tours. I know the reason, because you, Eric Bichoff and Jim Cornette are all WWE guys, you won’t point out the obvious in why we are seeing Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns for the 150th time, Hell you were even commentating on WWE TV. I mean Booker, who destroyed NXT so badly that they moved to a different day, who was that.🤔 I’m tired of the praise for WWE, it’s a horrible product, I only hope Triple H can save it and make it worth watching again. I’ll take an actual wrestling product like AEW any day, over a product that made me feel ashamed to be a wrestling fan.

And this explains Jim Cornettes question about August 10, 2022 AEW Dynamite main event. CM Punk returned from injury to save Moxley from being jumped by Chris Jericho and his new posse, and Moxley was making weird unprofessional faces at Punk without looking, but he new Punk was there. And flicked him off and walked away to ruin the build up for them 2. The crowd was louder for Punk than Moxley and Mox got butthurt over it... It all makes sense after hearing Booker confirm his dislike for Punk. But yet Booker stays mature and professional about it. Respect 🙏🏾 🤲🏾 🙌🏾 🔥🔥💯

Aside from the Dancers being trained the same to get into the ring, what killed wrestling was Oversaturation, wrestling should be on once a week maybe twice hour shows, and too many youtube baby fans all wanting to talk and too many out of work broken down good wrestlers willing to spill their guts and talk. if they were really that smart, they would have started a successful company

My problem with Booker T it's always criticism with AEW don't sound like constructive to me. Rarely do I hear anything positive out his mouth about AEW. I don't think I ever heard anything positive maybe I missed it. Can anyone post anything positive Booker T has said about AEW.

Tony Khan is still immature. He hasn't handled criticism of AEW very well at all. He's the same guy who blamed anti-AEW comments on social media on a conspiracy of bots hired by WWE. He can't wrap his head around the fact that every wrestling fan isn't buying what he's selling - only a small portion of them are. I like watching movies or TV shows made by people who know what they're doing - not fans.

Tony is really good at putting people over with his words but overall any criticism AEW has gotten over the past three years has not been taken seriously. His product has suffered tremendously and it hurts because he has a lot of talented guys but has no direction. Maybe he should invest in some real wrestling bookers instead of his indie EVPs 🤷

@@mackdaddy2153 considering their ratings are nowhere near what they use to be, the lazy booking, and their lack of development for their homegrown talent, they might as well be a one legged WCW that is TNA at best. AEW will never be WWE and that is not a good thing pal.

@@captaineasyman lol u can’t compare their ratings to when it first started dude. AEW will never be as good as when it first started rating wise because when they first started everyone was curious so people tuned in….AEW is no where close to WCW and they are not going no where. And honestly accept for rampage which is in a terrible time slot the rating aren’t bad for dynamite. If it was so bad how come Warner media bros are giving TK a bigger TV deal. You see the problem with you guys is that you think AEW is suppose to average 2 million viewers a week, that is not going to happen lol because nobody watches wrestling anymore this is not the 90s. Lol if the wwe is struggling to average 2 million viewers what makes you think AEW will get that much. That’s just because people don’t really give a damn about wrestling accept for the hardcore fans. Now I know u don’t watch the show. They do have plenty of home grown talent lol
