1. If they do need Payroll services do you just send them to a 3rd party company? Then do you just categorize the payroll expenses from the bank feed? 2. Where does pricing a clean up or catch work into these steps? 3. Do you do clean ups if they want to be a monthly client after?

Zach I heard you mention in another video that you choose to pay yourself 5k per month but your actually making 40k + in book keeping. Please explain what happens to the rest of that income. I understand some goes to taxes and business expenses but what happens to the rest? I’m worried book keeping might not be as lucrative as I thought if those are the ratios w take home pay.

​@@WilsonMarky7 He's talking about what goes on his W2 for payroll since he's an S-corp. It has to do with taxes, not bookkeeping.

Bookkeeping can be very lucrative if you know how to manage a business. If you have an SCorp and put yourself on payroll, you can also have the business pay manage a 401k, health and life insurance. If there are any profits, these pass through to him on a K1 and he has to pay taxes on those at that level. SCorps don't pay tax on profits. He probably has set up different investments as well the the company owns to reduce any pass through income. At the level of income that his company makes, he might be better restructuring to a CCorp at this point.
