This was SO well done!! Despite being a member of the Church my entire life I learned quite a bit from this video!! And my testimony of the prophet Joseph Smith and of miracles has been strengthened. Thank you 💜🥹

I found it enlightening to think about the surgery Joseph received as the miracle instead of a miraculous healing. What miracles might we miss because they don’t seem miraculous?

One of the missionaries at the birthplace sight told me when the obelisk was near the monument sight they had one last creek to ford and no way around it. Pres. Joseph F. Smith and Apostles had been invited for the dedication on the 23 of December, 1905. The Saints involved had a prayer and the waterway froze solid that night allowing the monument and team to pass over. Otherwise they would’ve been delayed a year!

I have actually eaten at that KFC! My daughter lives just 15 minutes from Lebanon, and we've been to Sharon, VT. I had no idea that Joseph's surgery occurred in Lebanon. I've shopped there many times, beautiful area. My husband's ancestors, the Freeman's, farmed in Lebanon as well.

Just watched after shared by a friend who knew I had visited both Topsfield and Sharon from Australia in September to understand more about my Smith heritage. One third of Joseph Jr’s descendants live here in Australia and very few know. It would be great to do a video on the Smith family here in Australia! Joseph’s granddaughter Ina Inez coming to Australia after marrying Sidney Garden Wright, eldest son of John Wright who believed God was still talking to us and what the Book of Mormon provided. John was a pioneer from Scotland who was a ship wright and timber miller.

I live 30 min from JSB, and 15 min from West Leb. I wait for the time the Prophet announces a temple here. Just as a note, and I don’t know why it bugs me, but “Con-Curd” and “Leb-uh- Nin” are proper local pronounciations ;)

Do you happen to know who the lawyers were who defended the perpetrators of the Boston "Massacre" in court? Those Red Coats were acquitted. No doubt in part because of who they hired to defend them. If you don't know who their advocated were, look it up. It's important to know.

Before I watch the video, does anyone know if Joseph actually had high-level relatives who went to Dartmouth? I saw an anti make that claim as an explanation for how he "made up" The Book of Mormon. There were of course, obvious problems with his argument, but I was wondering if there was any truth to it.
