Property value pe 8 percent rent big cities with good location pe milta hai. Har jagah itna milna impossible hai. Upper se commercial k rates high rehte hai loan leke purchase krlia to bhi esa person dhoondhna jo itna rent pay kre ki emi nikal jaaye. In India itna rent pay krne wale bohot kam hai. So at the end u will only pay the emi from ur pocket. Video is good but some information are useless misguiding.

1. favorite words ,financial literacy etc sab ok ok , par jis tarah se aapne mutual fund ke liye 20 years ka reference liya hai, vaisa inflation ke liye nahi liya hai. jabki inflation jyada volatile hota hai. 2. yah video lagbhag 21 din purana hai tab FD rate around 8% tha. 3. middle class mindset jo bhi ho par yah kahkar ham unhe appreciate nahi kar sakte jo credit cards ka use kar rahe hain aur as per RBI 17 years me abhi highest hai. 4. savings ke liye anushasan ki jarurat hoti hai , generalisation ke chakkar me appreciable points ko miss karna apne aap me mislead karne yaa hone jaisa hai. 5. dear readers please share your thoughts.

In foreign country it is possible but in India you can not get more than 5% of the actual value of the house per year and that too is not grow as per house rate.. and atill the EMI is greater than the Rent we get also the bank is not financing the house 100% of the rate you have to minimum 25% of the total cost of ownership of house. The 25 percentage is also having some return which is getting lost so totally the owner has to put his own money to keep the ownership going, house tax, water tax maintenance, society maintenance interest, and the initial down payment cost this all leads to wipe off the rent each years. It will not work in India if you don't have your own money not lend by bank

just for simulation , if i bought a property for 4million using debt(15%interest rate) and rent it , for 28k per month then it'll take 142months to earn 4million but in that time i will also have to pay the the interest rate as well which will be more than twice the amount then how am i supposed to may it ? like it'll just be like earning money from the property and paying for interest and debt , how will this circulation end ?
