Reading used to be my favorite hobby when I was a kid. Now that I’m in my twenties, I literally cannot read without losing my focus on the words or getting incredibly sleepy 😣

Have you tried audiobooks? It could help you get back into reading and it’s easier to focus than reading a book

Have you ever been screened for ADHD? Falling asleep when trying hard to focus on reading and being able to hyperfocus on books to absolutely devour them in a sitting as a child are both very common in ADHD.

I read everyday. I'm reading a book on cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) and I write in a journal everyday and a mental health mood journal. I have a book next on attachment theory. I LOVE workbooks ❤

it'd be great if you could do more soft spoken videos just like in some of your roleplay or tarot readings but with a regular tone (no laugh or sudden louder/softer tone) idk why but it's the only way i can fall asleep or have tingles since a while now whispering just doesn't do it anymore for me. Just a suggestion though you do you :)
