It's totally true that we can have a critique about our favourite books and still call them our favourites! Sometimes people forget that. I've been in sort of a reading slump the past few weeks, you read more pages during the BookTubeAThon than I read in the whole of July (but I have good hopes for August). It's true though that manga for example, easily adds pages. But I'm still proud of you! I loved seeing your BookTubeAThon vlogs. I don't often comment on KZbin videos, but I do love your videos!

I love le petit prince ! I read it twice in my French class. The metaphors were so beautiful and it was made even better by the fact I was learning new words in a language that I'm not fluent in.

OMG IM SO GLAD YOU FINALLY READ CROOKED KINGDOM!!! I'll be waiting for the review ^-^ Also I oddly felt the same way after finishing Crooked Kingdom. Like, I wasn't ready to start another book, and I had a few days of inner contemplation. It was so intense that I didn't go on social media or even listen to music very much during that period. But yeah, to say the least, I was shook :')

I loved this adventure ends. I identified so much with Sloan. That scene where she was thinking about why she'd always preferred to be alone I just felt it resonate within me. It was amazing and I will definitely pick up her other book(s).

Yessss ! I'm so happy you liked the little prince, it is such a classic. You have to watch the movie of it that Netflix made, it's so emotional, and the animation is stunning, and just amazing ! You'll thank me once you watch it, its seriously fabulous.

Reading the Little Prince is so bittersweet, I read the french edition and the english, and I just love how it's relevant to anyone no matter their age. The french have so many meanings that are unable to be translated to english, its so poetic and honestly, I cried like a baby.

The little prince is one of my absolute favourites. I used to listen to an audiobook of it all the time when I was a child. In my first year in high school we had to do book presentations about our favourite book and also read our favourite scene out loud to the class. I took the little Prince and when I was supposed to read out my favourite scene I opened to book, looked at the class and started to recite about 5 pages by heart. XD I listened to it so many times that I knew almost the whole book by heart.

I read six of crows during booktubeathon, liked it a surprising amount despite the hype and I really need to get Crooked Kingdom soon! I also was super close to not finishing in time! Six of Crows was my last book and I finished it 20 minutes before midnight.

I was planning to read the Six of Crows duology, but my niece loves to be helpful so I let her pick the next book I'm going to read. I should have known she would've picked Monster High. It's about time I reread that series though and see if I still want to keep it since it's a middle grade series and I haven't read it in years.

I completed the reading challenges for booktubeathon; I read " When Dimple Met Rishi", "the Twits", "Pride and Prejudice" the manga edition, two doctor who comics, I finished reading geekerella (it took me a over a month to read, because of work), and I read "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" as my cover read..cause it's the 20th anniversary edition, and it is sooo pretty!!! Now I am currently reading clockwork angel, and I am about a third of the way through.

I'm so glad you've enjoyed The Little Prince ! It's a French classic and it's so rare to see french books on american channel 😁 If you want to see more of this author he wrote other books (not as good but still) One of my favs is "Vol de nuit". I've no idea of if this has been translated but you can have a look anyway 😉 Great video by the way. I was thinkin to make booktubathon next year and seeing all these videos about it all around kind of made my decision 😊

I read 10 book and 4 comic bindups during Booktubeathon. So I went a bit book crazy as I read 4544 pages during the week. But I did catch up on three series as I read Our Dark Duet, Now I Rise, and The Song Rising. Last year I completely failed and finished 0 books. Thus is life lol. You did really great this year! And you're right it is all about fun. I had fun watching everyone's videos last year, even though I knew I had totally failed myself.
