This is a great initiative: to reviewJapanese learning textbooks and related resources. Better than just "booktube" about novels. Please keep up your good work.

Hi, I don't have any experience with Japanese from Zero. But I did get their Korean book, and I really like the layout of the Korean text. I also follow their videos on facebook and think the author is very good at what he does. If you don't like the Integrated Approach to Intermediate Japanese, I would recommend trying to locate Minna No Nihongo Intermediate. It's a great book and follows a good format for continuing study. Of course, I also think that the ChyuKyuu series is very good. It really depends on what you are looking for. Do you dislike the Integrated Approach to Intermediate Japanese book? I have 4 more videos in the bookself series that I will be releasing in the upcoming week. I hope you watch them.

I would love some ideas for videos. If you leave a message on my facebook page with topics you'd like me to cover, I'd be happy to get around to them. That is how the bookshelf walk-through happened. I had someone ask. :D

Which titles? As you can see, I have a massive library and can't link every single book here. But I'd be happy to link you to the ones you are interested in.

heh heh, understandable, i like it since overall i feel overwhelmed by kanji and having a set amount set in front of me makes it a lot better XD

It's a great program. But I've got a system that works for me. And many people feel overwhelmed by Kanji, so it is super important to find a program you like. I find that more than 5 at a time is too much for me. :p I also am a huge advocate for learning radicals!

Yus!! radicals are a life saver!! helps me make up cool ways to remember kanji, i love em!
@japanesewithliz91038 жыл бұрын
They do make the process much easier. I think that when Kanji is taught, it is taught a lot like how you teach vocabulary to little kids. But as adults, or teens, we don't need to learn it that way. We already know what a "dog" is. We just need to know how to make that character in the new language. And that is where I think learning the radicals makes the process easier.
