Great stuff Eric. I didn’t know about the paperbacks from hell event until you mentioned it. I gotta check it out. First I need another bookshelf for all the books I’m buying. Lol. I’m in Waterford so I’ve probably been to the Salvation Army store you went to. Great haul!

Thanks Eric. Btw, I think I passed over the Hell Candidate at 2nd and Charles in auburn hills. It was in a clearance rack in the back of the store. Lol. No idea why I didn’t pick it up. Lol.

Eeek, Chancy. One of my Louis L'Amour favorites. It's been so long since I read it, if I did re-reads, I'd think it was time for a re-read.

Ohhh and Rex Stout. I'm jealous. I've never read the Spenser novels. Is it worth starting it and how are the recent books by different authors? It's like you used my goodreads tbr as a shopping list :) Except for those that I now have to add to my tbr. This reminded me of when my grandma used to go garage-saleing and come back with boxes full of books that she'd let me go through. She had more romance and less horror though. But I think she'd just buy boxes of books without even looking at the titles. btw, unrelated, but you talk too fast for me to go back and forth between your channel and goodreads ;) Don't change, but I have to get better with the pause button.

Quite a haul! I love Westerns (Luke Short, for obvious reasons), and recently getting into crime novels, but horror is a difficult genre for me beyond Stephen King. There's just so much bad horror out there. Always fun seeing what you pick up.
