Can you check my task force? That's "Polskie Bestie" we have about 7-8k Force points, i'm "NwmCoTuWpisać" ;P We are playing bottlenck and sour grapes but i think we need some good players :P (Only Polish players) I'm writing descriptions to maps and they are bad :( Any tips?

watch alot of videos about operations. Even higher level operations like DE+. Host AZ training days every couple days, where every player has to use AZ. This forces players to learn this skill :D
