i’ve been searching for a short clip that i think i saw on boomerang for hours so if anyone can help pls lmk!! but it was about this young girl in what i think is NYC with busy parents who are a bit neglectful and i just remember her running off and her parents having to like save her or something but it ends with them reunited and finally giving her the attention she wanted from them . i think the girl was blonde and had a little hat. it was older animation style and i think it was just instrumental like no talking in the short

I think you might be thinking of Rhapsody in Blue, it was an animated segment from the Disney movie Fantasia 2000. Part of the segment has a plot point similar to what you’re describing, and the art style is very distinct
