@TheDragonfriday Yeah it bothers me what gross practices for online play has done to multilayer games. We have now normalized each buying our own console and raging for hours in our bedrooms rather than making meaningful connections. I make explicit efforts to get people together to making gaming a real social experience and it still only happens around once every 3 months.

Not everyone has that for their own reasons and for them, online is a godsend. 👍 I'm 38 and I still get together with my childhood friends every few weeks. Yes, they will, this game was released in 2020. It had 2 updates in the span of 3 years. Then they come out with this and all the sudden all of the fan base is back. And Nintendo didn't create this. Cranky watermelon did. Nintendo just put it in their store.

Such a weird coincidence because literally just the other day I learned that the phrase "just deserts" actually should be with one S, instead of two, as I'd somehow thought all my life (and I'm a stickler for spelling)!
