He was never given a name, but he appeared in several MGM Tex Avery cartoons such as King-Size Canary, The Ventriloquist Cat, The Counterfeit Cat, and The Cat That Hated People.

Why are American bumpers for these channels always inferior to the rest of the world's? Boomerang's bumpers are not only outdated, but very boring...these nordic bumpers are creative! Toon Disney, another example right before Disney XD, had bland spiraly/splat bumpers with no sound effects...while in other countries such as italy, you had fun cartoony and animated bumpers, type in toon disney street football on here to see what i mean.

These were used all over the world, not just in Nordic countries. Boomerang USA was one of the only feeds in the world not to update their branding.
