Now 8 hrs of sleep is a bit bs because you can sleep for 8 hrs and feel tired but 6 hrs and feel great. This is because in the 8 hrs case you wake up in the middle of your sleep cycle, sleep cycle typically last 90 minutes. So if you want to feel great you need to sleep in an interval of 90 minutes.
