Little trick if you play a comp that runs straight in. Start with Nature's Balance outside of arena and 1-2s before game starts switch to Warrior of Elune. You will still keep ~40 ap by the time you engage

You made a vid about caster tips I'm enhancement shaman and since this vid i always full cast my Hex without fake casting it at the right beginning of arenas. 90% of people i face off kick me right away and i can Hex properly 6 sec later, during this time my healer is completely safe and can full cast heals. It's a very good tip so i appreciate it dude.

Anton JB if you’re not being focused you can spam cast, if you are then you kite and get free lunar strikes and that leads to starsurges. Not really a problem

Have you tried the Lively Spirit (restoration trait) for balance, if you have it stacked 3 times and coordinate with your healer to spam instants for the duration of the innervate, you can get up to 4k int for 20 sec with just 340ilvl azerite armor and even more with higher ilvl.

Any comps seem to work right now for me warr/hunter/mage/ret/spriest etc all played to 2200 early season when that was around rank 100-200 on eu ladder. I'm too lazy to click fury of elune so I go with shooting stars.

@@Thyraz except if they are throwing their kicks at you and you juke them you: 1.) Don't get locked out of your spellschool 2.) still eat the kick for your healer. You do realize interrupts have cooldowns, right?

I mean I guess it's pointless if you have an interrupt bar to keep track of them, and then completely ignore the interrupt bar when a warrior is clearly coming into melee range to get his interrupt off. If you are just randomly stop casting when there's no risk of being kicked then it's a waste of time. Guess it takes a lot less to get rating these days tho.

If you fakecast they will adapt quickly. Rank 1/glad players are not 2000 rated players... It's different... If you play like me, when you finally do fakecast they fall for it when you really need the spellschool. As you see I start casting my other spellschool within 0.1 sec of being kicked. It's all a part of the strategy.

Yeah you can vary your juke as well. Most EU players kick late, most US players kick early after a juke. You can also feel out their kicks. It's a two way street. I wasn't talking about 2k CR or 2k MMR. I was at 2600 CR in S10, back when the game was actually full of skilled players still.
