At min 10:59 you tried to use lvl 1 IS for the spell reflect, but it doesn't work if you already have a higher lvl version of the same spell, the game just don't let you replace the same spell with a lower level one.

It's mostly because of Nature's Grace talent proc from crits, and hyperspeed accelerators enchant, it can be even more if I get a Scale of Fates trinket.
