Syrup cooked well , i prefer one string otherwise laddo becomes too hard. Just soak syrup and bondi and leave it for few minutes then bind it.❤

Thank you very much. Syrup has to be well cooked (2 string). Dont make it too thick otherwise the laddus will be very hard to bind and eat😀

I think if u add milk powder u cant preserve for long but its yummy but if u want to keep for long dont add milk powder

Thanks for ur comments...laddos usually go bad when syrup is not cooked properly or stored not well. I never had issues with adding milk powder...it gives beautiful taste.❤

Sugar syrup....One string...otherwise laddo will be very tough. Hope this helps

You keep cooking at low heat until the liquid becomes sticky.
